How do I know which Excel level is right for me?” people often ask us.

If you have very little experience with Excel then we would recommend starting at the beginning. You might be able to use someone else’s spreadsheet to enter data but that might be all. You might feel nervous about changing something and ‘breaking’ it! We can help with all that and give you the confidence to use Excel.

If you are not a beginner then it depends how much knowledge you have already and what you’d like to gain from the training. One approach would be to circle all the topics you’d like to learn from the contents list. We can then tailor a course just for you. There may be little point in covering things you have no need of, so we can leave those out.

If you have a group of colleagues who would like training then we’d recommend using our training needs analysis form https://forms.office.com/e/G5Lqpe92W9. Each person can indicate what they think they need to learn and then we can analyse everyone’s answers to customise the training specifically for your group.

Usually our courses are a full day, but we can also chat with you about running half day sessions, or half Excel/half Word or whatever to suit your staff.  Let’s chat!
